Good vibes from Germany !

Hi Folks,
Very good response from Davinci recently,  we informed them of some minor snags and they have all been addressed.


I am happy to repeat their request that any issues that come up for the clients should first and foremost be addressed to Davinci Haus directly.


They have reassured me they will always maintain a presence in Ireland to assist the Irish owners.

Latest situation regarding Davinci letter

Hi folks,
Don`t be too alarmed by the letter, it was no big surprise bearing in mind Volkhard and his team have now moved on to greener pastures and best of luck to him in his new venture.
But the main thing is we as clients stick together and swap ideas and problems etc. If there`s any common area that needs attention from Davinci in the future such as painting /plastering/carpentry ,whatever, we can pressurise them to come over and do all the houses together. The main thing is we stick together and any items of common concern we email them with all clients as signatories.

Boiler Temperature

Hi, has anyone found their gas consumption to be quite high ?
We discovered the boiler temp` in our Viessmann boiler was set way too high at 73 degrees c. We changed it to 40 odd and will monitor consumption but so far so good.
